Junior Analyst - Real Estate
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join the London team to work in an investment focused role with wide-ranging responsibilities, plugging in to multiple areas of our business.
The ideal candidate will be either completing a Bachelor or Master in an investment, finance or engineering related field or have one year’s industry related experience.

Responsibilities:
- Undertaking detailed financial modelling and analysis of investment opportunities and structuring;
- compiling detailed investment memos and presentations for internal and external use, and investors;
- assisting the acquisition team with project management and due diligence on investment and development opportunities;
- sourcing, analysis and recording of key market and comparable investment data;
- supporting our asset management team with ongoing asset management and portfolio reporting;
- collaborate with and support the Finance, Investor Relations and ESG functions;
- utilising advanced PowerPoint and Excel modelling skills to produce ad hoc pieces of analysis and strategy work;
- contributing to internal initiatives, processes and committees, eg recruitment and social events.
Application Criteria:
- Educated with a strong academic record to a degree level or equivalent experience;
- Excel and PowerPoint skills, including the ability to build financial models and to produce high quality PowerPoint presentations (note: an Excel/modelling exercise will be given as part of the interview process);
- strong analytical skills with the ability to forensically analyse data and to grasp new and complex ideas quickly;
- exhibits self-motivation, maturity, independence and appropriate initiative;
- strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to seek out guidance and help where necessary;
- willingness to work longer hours as the business requires;
- fluency in English is required and any additional languages are a plus;
- prior work experience in investment banking, consulting, real estate or private equity is a plus.
