Recruitment Consultant - Asset Management/Wealth Management

A Recruitment Consultant/Business Developer is sought to join the team in London to help build and develop our UK Asset Management and/or Wealth Management practice.
Main responsibilities:
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business;
- identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization;
- ensure that data are accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system;
- identifying and developing client/business relationships;
- advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database;
- assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment;
- sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client;
- managing the process through the interview;
- negotiating and finalising arrangements between client and candidate;
- interview and general career advice;
- networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
Required skills:
- Relevant experience as a business developer within the recruitment/consulting space;
- have an already solid and established network of professional relationships within Asset Management and/or Wealth Management;
- be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive work history to date generating clients and income, always meeting budgets if not exceeding agreed targets;
- display a high level of ability to interact with individuals at all levels, engendering trust and confidence with clients by understanding their requirements;
- strong verbal and written communications skills are essential;
- demonstrate an efficient, well-organised work approach and be able to manage a multi project portfolios within tight deadlines;
- languages: English, Italian (desirable).
