Aegis UK is the international hub of Aegis Human Consulting Group, a group that specialises in Executive Recruiting and Consulting with offices in Milan and London.

Due to our strategic presence in London we work with leading European players, and we are able to manage search and selection projects at an international level putting our Clients in contact with the best talent on the market.

Our mission is to work with people and companies to help them maximize their performance: in addition to recruiting we offer complementary consulting services such as market analysis, benchmarking activities and salary reports, in order to provide our Clients with a detailed snapshot of the sectors from an outside perspective.

Profile Definition

The hidden cause of the success or failure of a recruiting process. We carry out in-depth discussions with our Clients on the type of profiles they are seeking to find, whether they are explicit or less defined (position in the organization, relationship with the boss and / or collaborators, goals, challenges, etc.). This allows us to structure a targeted search that is both efficient and effective.

One of the main areas as a boutique that we excel in: we believe there is not just one research channel but many, different and complementary ones. For us, the search for particular profiles is always carried out internationally, so that we can find the highest caliber of candidates for our clients.

Selection

The most distinctive features of the Aegis Group is its vertical specialisation. This is important during the process of interviewing and selecting candidates, as we are able to investigate specific issues pertinent to the role and then conduct an in-depth search of the marketplace.

Shortlist presentation

As a result of our search methodology, we develop a close professional relationship with our candidates. We are thus able to support and guide the client in the evaluation of each candidate, with regards to both technical and motivational factors.

Referral check

Asking for a candidates’ references is an important part of the recruitment process. We are able to do conduct this process in a discreet and confidential manner, allowing us to successfully conclude the recruiting process.

Negotiation and contract support

This phase starts well before the end of the selection process, as we like to have detailed discussions with our candidates right at the beginning of the search. Thanks to our knowledge of the marketplace, we act as partners for both parties, facilitating the entire negotiation process. We also offer advice on drafting international contracts.
