EMEA HR Business Partner
As the EMEA HR Business Partner, you will be based in the company’s regional HO in Munich, focusing on the DTC channel (Retail & Outlets).
Reporting directly into the local GM and functionally to the Global HR Director, you will be acting as a link between the EMEA offices and stores (150 employees) and the Corporate HR team.
Support talent acquisition and recruiting process;
Guarantee a consistent process for onboarding, induction, termination, and off-boarding;
Execute organization development according to HQ strategy;
Manage the administration of the employees (contracts, certificates, and other documents according to local rules and Group policies) in order to guarantee an efficient and timely payroll process;
Implement, adapt and communicate Group and local policies;
Manage employee relations;
Support cost analysis and HR monthly reporting;
Manage and implement the new HR software (workforce, personal administration workflow, time attendance, shifts, etc.);
Act as a link with local HR partners and payroll providers;
Manage compensation, rewarding and benefits for EMEA employees;
Contribute to the local HR budget definition;
Implement development & career plans.
Degree in Economics, Law and similar (major in HR is considered a plus);
+3 years’ experience in HR within fast-paced and global organizations in the fashion industry;
Proven experience in a retail company is a must;
Analytical and problem-solving approach;
Flexible and adaptable mindset;
In-depth knowledge of Excel – MS Office Suite;
Knowledge of the HR software Tamigo is a plus;
Fluent in German and English.
