We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in or around New York as part of our Marketing function.
We need an enthusiastic self-starter with a genuine passion for all things marketing, press, media and digital. Our new Marketing Manager will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, can multi-task and has strong attention to detail, and is driven by deadlines and highly organised.
The Marketing Manager will directly support the CMO (London Based) and have primary responsibility for executing on all regional marketing campaigns, managing social media communications, and keeping track of media partner deliverables, the coordination and monitoring of media and US PR agency, and supporting on PPC and website content management.
This role is multifaceted in that your remit encompasses partial ownership of digital, outbound, press and partnership marketing campaigns. A large part of this role will also be keeping track of all our marketing activity and reporting successes and indicating where we can grow our reach. Most of the campaigns to be executed will be global, with the regional marketing manager supporting to localize it where necessary and also creating US only campaigns, supported by the global team.
Key responsibilities as the Regional Marketing Manager will include:
Acting as a liaison between regional Marketing and Sales
Support across full range of marketing activities
Support on global campaign initiatives, including promotion of content and digital events for the purpose of engagement, demand and lead generation and acquisition, localizing where relevant
Work with the Marketing team to understand the product proposition and key messages, and develop key targeting strategies
Working with marketing automation team to segment audiences and tailor campaigns to target attendee groups and sponsors
Manage US and Canada social campaign promotions: content creation, copywriting, working with internal stakeholders (design, video, sales, etc), scheduling
Manage global content marketing initiatives (podcast promotions, videos, report promotions)
Manage press and media relationships, registration, strategic editorial partnerships and US PR Agency
Identify and manage influencers and industry experts to build out a network of SME support
Identify new and impactful industry and co-marketing partners (comprising media, press, associations, membership bodies and financial analysts)
Work with global team to manage crossover partnerships and their respective onsite initiatives
Identify influencers and micro influencers within our space and create, manage and execute on partnerships
Draft website copy for landing pages to support campaign needs
Work with Marketing and Web teams to maintain the CUBE website
Demonstrate value through Demand Generation by creating MQL's and SQL's and collaboration with sales.
Own and work with Marketing team to compile and analyze reporting on monthly marketing campaign performance
Optimize campaigns and channels based on key findings and storytelling from marketing metrics
Maintain day-to-day communications with internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners to execute on all campaigns
Fintech experience and AI knowledge essential
