Investor Relations Director
Role Responsibilities
- Development of relationships with the best families and entrepreneurs of the world based on personal network and a series of datasets
- Ownership and management of those relationships (e.g., by providing tailor-made value-added proposals, by ensuring individual needs are timely met, etc.)
- Performing of sales-related activities: presentation of Heritage, pitching of investment opportunities, deal closing
- Creation and implementation of new value-added activities (e.g., networking events, webinars, P2P sessions with entrepreneurs, etc.)
- Building a strong presence for Heritage in new geographies
- Brainstorming on new ways to accelerate committed capital from LPs, without losing the P2P networking and value-creation element
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Very large personal network of potential UHNWIs (incl. families, entrepreneurs, etc.)
- Thorough knowledge / experience of dealing with UHNWIs and leading families
- Demonstrated ability of gaining and maintaining trust
- Ability to interpret the incentives of the counterpart and offer value-added propositions accordingly
- Ability to effectively interact with international stakeholders and teammates
- Knowledge of the Private Equity and Venture Capital industries a plus
- Empathy, negotiation skills, cognitive flexibility
- Ability to work in a diverse and A-class international team of peers and partners
- Willingness to coach younger teammates and take a managerial role
